Anti-G3BP1 Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified against a recombinant human G3BP1 immunogen, this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com detects endogenous levels of total G3BP1 (also known as Ras GTPase-activating protein-binding protein 1, GAP SH3 domain-binding protein 1, G3BP, G3BP-1, ATP-dependent DNA helicase VIII, or hDH VIII). The unconjugated antibody is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume (with a 100 µL option), formulated in phosphate-buffered saline pH 7.4 containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It has been validated for Western blotting, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence and immunohistochemistry in human, mouse and rat samples, and the supplier has demonstrated its performance on Western blots of multiple cell lines as well as by immunofluorescence staining of U2OS cells with DAPI nuclear counterstain. The product is shipped on cold packs from Stockholm, Sweden (typical lead time 5–8 business days) and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C upon arrival, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
