Anti-G3BP-1 (phospho-S232) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal reagent is directed against G3BP-1 and selectively detects the protein only when phosphorylated at Serine 232. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human G3BP-1 around the Ser232 phosphorylation site.

The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. It is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a reported purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE, and recognises a target band at ~ 52 kDa.
