Anti-G2A Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against a synthetic peptide derived from the C-terminal region of human G2A (GPR132), enabling detection of endogenous G2A protein across multiple experimental readouts. The unconjugated antibody is supplied as a 50 µL liquid formulation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide at a concentration of 1 mg/mL, and is shipped at 4 °C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity. Validated applications include ELISA, Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and the antibody has been shown to react with human, mouse and monkey samples, making it suitable for cross-species receptor signalling studies.
