This Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets G0/G1 switch 2 (G0S2) and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). It is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and was raised in rabbit against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1–100 of human G0S2 (NP_056529.1). The antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples and is supplied with one scientific image.

The target protein has a molecular weight of 11 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000 and IHC: 1:100–1:200.

The reagent has been affinity purified and is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
