Anti-G-CSFR Antibody [S-1390]

From Antibodies.com, this Mouse monoclonal antibody (clone S-1390) recognises the Granulocyte Colony Stimulating Factor Receptor (G-CSFR). It is an unconjugated primary antibody validated for Western Blot (WB) and reactive with Human samples. The isotype is IgG2b.

The immunogen is a purified recombinant MBP-GCSFR fusion protein. Cross-reactivity testing indicates that this antibody does not recognise MBP and bovine serum albumin. The antibody is purified by Protein G affinity chromatography and supplied lyophilised from a 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline solution at pH 7.2. The epitope is Sp2/0-Ag14.

Reconstitution is performed with double distilled water; concentration is reconstitution dependent. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquots should be stored at -20°C and freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
