Anti-G-CSFR Antibody [S-1374]

A mouse monoclonal antibody targeting Granulocyte Colony Stimulating Factor Receptor (G-CSFR), available from Antibodies.com as a primary antibody validated for western blotting (WB). The antibody is unconjugated, supplied in lyophilised form, and reactive with human samples. The clone, designated S-1374, is of mouse origin with an IgG2a isotype.

The reagent was raised against a purified recombinant MBP-GCSFR fusion protein as immunogen and purified by Protein G affinity chromatography, with the Sp2/0-Ag14 epitope noted. Cross-reactivity testing indicates it does not recognise MBP or bovine serum albumin. It is formulated lyophilised from a 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline solution at pH 7.2, with concentration described as reconstitution dependent; reconstitution is performed using double distilled water.

For handling, the product is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
