Anti-G-CSFR Antibody [S-1284]

Mouse monoclonal antibody [S-1284] raised against Granulocyte Colony Stimulating Factor Receptor (G-CSFR), offered by Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies range. The antibody is of the IgG2a isotype, is unconjugated, and is supplied in lyophilised form.

It is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with human samples. The immunogen used was a purified recombinant MBP-GCSFR fusion protein, and the antibody is reported not to recognise MBP or bovine serum albumin. It is purified by Protein G affinity chromatography and lyophilised from a 0.01M phosphate buffered saline solution at pH 7.2. The concentration is described as reconstitution-dependent, and the product is intended to be reconstituted with double distilled water.

For storage, the antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
