This mouse monoclonal IgG2a antibody from Antibodies.com, clone S-1284, specifically recognises human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor receptor (G-CSFR), a type I transmembrane glycoprotein also known as CD114 that drives G-CSF-mediated signalling in myeloid lineage cells. The unconjugated reagent is supplied as a 100 µg lyophilised preparation and is validated for Western blot detection of GCSFR in research samples.

Researchers studying granulopoiesis, neutrophil maturation, and hematopoietic stem cell differentiation use this reagent to probe receptor abundance in whole-cell lysates from human cell lines and primary leukocyte populations, including investigations of severe congenital neutropenia and acute myeloid leukaemia models where aberrant G-CSF signalling is implicated. Reconstitute the lyophilised vial in sterile buffer before use, aliquot to limit freeze-thaw cycles, and store the reconstituted material refrigerated, protected from light; the dried powder remains stable until the printed expiry when kept sealed and dry.

Reactivity is restricted to human G-CSFR, and cross-reactivity with mouse or rat orthologues has not been established, so this reagent is best suited to human-derived samples and xenograft studies rather than rodent in vivo work. The unconjugated format offers flexibility for downstream labelling with HRP, fluorophores, or biotin depending on the detection chemistry required.
