Anti-G-CSFR Antibody [S-1268] - Identical to Thermo (MA1-21362)

Antibodies.com offers a mouse monoclonal antibody (clone S-1268) raised against Granulocyte Colony Stimulating Factor Receptor (G-CSFR). The reagent is supplied as a lyophilised product unconjugated, with an IgG1 isotype, and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications on human samples.

According to the manufacturer datasheet, the antibody was generated using a purified recombinant MBP-GCSFR fusion protein as immunogen and is produced in the Sp2/0-Ag14 myeloma line. Cross-reactivity testing indicates the antibody does not recognise MBP or bovine serum albumin. The product is purified by Protein G affinity chromatography and formulated lyophilised from a solution of 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.2. Concentration is described as reconstitution dependent, and the manufacturer instructs reconstitution with double distilled water.

For storage, the antibody is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
