This mouse monoclonal antibody (clone S-1268) from Antibodies.com targets the Granulocyte Colony-Stimulating Factor Receptor (G-CSFR), a type I cytokine receptor also designated CD114 and encoded by the CSF3R gene. The receptor is expressed on granulocyte precursors in the bone marrow and on mature circulating neutrophils, where ligand binding by G-CSF drives proliferation, survival, and differentiation through JAK/STAT and PI3K/AKT signal transduction cascades.

Produced in mouse hosts as an IgG1 isotype and supplied in unconjugated form, the reagent is presented as a 100 µg lyophilised vial intended for reconstitution with sterile buffer prior to use. The lyophilised product format supports extended storage at refrigerated temperatures while preserving antigen-binding activity across multiple freeze-thaw cycles of working aliquots. Reactivity has been confirmed against human G-CSFR, and the antibody is validated for western blot detection of the receptor in cell lysates and membrane protein preparations.

Researchers studying granulopoiesis, neutrophil maturation, and signaling downstream of G-CSF can apply the antibody to examine full-length receptor expression and isoform-specific banding patterns. The reagent is also relevant to investigations of severe congenital neutropenia, acute myeloid leukemia, and other myelodysplastic or myeloproliferative conditions in which CSF3R mutations alter receptor signaling and surface display. Each vial is intended for research use only as a single-use reagent within western blot workflows.
