Anti-G-CSFR Antibody [S-1252]

Mouse monoclonal antibody [S-1252] directed against Granulocyte Colony Stimulating Factor Receptor (G-CSFR), listed by Antibodies.com among its primary antibodies. The reagent is of the IgG1 isotype and is supplied unconjugated in lyophilised form. It has been validated for Western blotting (WB) and is reactive with human samples.

Generation of the antibody employed a purified recombinant MBP-GCSFR fusion protein as immunogen. The product has been purified by Protein G affinity chromatography and is formulated lyophilised from 0.01M phosphate buffered saline at pH 7.2. Cross-reactivity studies indicate that this antibody does not recognise MBP and bovine serum albumin. The reported epitope is Sp2/0-Ag14.

Concentration is reconstitution dependent, and the product should be reconstituted with double distilled water. Shipping is performed at 4°C; upon delivery the antibody should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
