Anti-G-CSF Antibody [KT27]

This mouse monoclonal antibody targets G-CSF and is supplied by Antibodies.com as a liquid preparation. The clone KT27 is of IgG2a isotype, unconjugated, and validated for ELISA applications, with reactivity confirmed against human samples.

Recommended dilutions include ELISA at 1 µg/ml and Western blot at 1/500-1/10,000. The immunoglobulin is purified via Protein A chromatography and provided in Phosphate Buffered Saline containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.09% Sodium Azide at a concentration of 1 mg/ml. The immunogen used was recombinant human GM-CSF.

Reported antigen sequence identity with orthologs is Mouse: 74%, Pig: 78%, and Cynomolgus monkey: 95%. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
