Anti-Gα t2 (V34) Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range, this unconjugated polyclonal antibody is raised in rabbit and is directed against the Gα t2 target. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to the N-terminus of human Gα t2, and the antibody has been shown to detect endogenous levels of Gα t2 protein. It is validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, with reactivity confirmed in human and mouse samples.

The antibody is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein migrates at approximately 40 kDa.
