Anti-Gα olf (D81) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to Gα olf (D81), supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for research use. The unconjugated antibody is raised in rabbit and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 50–100 of Human Ga olf. The antibody detects endogenous levels of Ga olf protein and recognises a target with a molecular weight of ~ 40 kDa. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approx. pH 7.2.
