Anti-FZR1 Antibody

Raised in rabbit and purified by affinity chromatography against the immunogen, this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets the Fizzy and cell division cycle 20 related 1 (FZR1) protein, also known as Cdh1, and is intended for the detection of the endogenous target in research samples. The antibody is supplied as an unconjugated, liquid formulation at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in the 50 µl pack size, prepared in phosphate-buffered saline at pH 7.4 containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. It was generated against a recombinant human FZR1 protein and is validated for Western blotting at a recommended dilution range of 1:500 to 1:2000 and for immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence at 1:50 to 1:100. Published reactivity has been confirmed on human and mouse samples. For stability, the vial should be kept at 4 °C upon arrival and then transferred to –20 °C for long-term storage, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
