Anti-FZR1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies portfolio, this reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against FZR1. It is supplied as an unconjugated IgG and has been affinity purified, with the target reported at a molecular weight of 55 kDa.

The antibody is recommended for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with the manufacturer also listing immunohistochemistry (IHC). Suggested dilutions are 1:100–1:500 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. Reactivity has been demonstrated with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The immunogen used to raise the antibody is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 224–493 of human FZR1 (NP_057347.2).

It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The product is shipped at 4°C and on receipt should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. It is intended for research use only and is not for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
