Anti-FZD9 Antibody

A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and targets Frizzled 9 (FZD9). It is unconjugated, of IgG isotype, and has been validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications, with reactivity against human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 469-591 of human FZD9 (NP_003499.1). Affinity-purified antibody is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target protein has a molecular weight of 80 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for Western blot and 1:50-1:100 for immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence.

The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
