Anti-FZD7 Antibody

Antibodies.com provides a range of rabbit polyclonal primary antibodies raised against Frizzled 7 (FZD7). All variants are unconjugated IgG reagents validated for use with human and mouse samples.

One reagent is recommended for Western blot at dilutions of 1:500–1:2,000 and was generated using a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–260 of human FZD7. It is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. The expected molecular weight is 70–72 kDa. The product is shipped at 4 °C and should be stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.

Additional polyclonal variants are available with differing immunogens and applications. One is validated for WB, flow cytometry, immunofluorescence and ELISA, raised against a synthetic peptide spanning amino acids 45–94 of human FZD7, with no reported cross-reactivity and an observed molecular weight of 63 kDa. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB, 1:100–1:500 for IF, and 1:20,000 for ELISA. Another, raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 61–110 of human Frizzled-7, detects endogenous levels of the protein and is validated for WB and IF, with bands observed at approximately 64 and 85 kDa and a purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
