Anti-FZD6 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to Frizzled 6 (FZD6) from Antibodies.com is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry applications, with reactivity confirmed in Mouse and Rat samples. The unconjugated IgG antibody is supplied as a liquid preparation and purified by affinity chromatography.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 19-201 of human FZD6 (NP_003497.2), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 79 kDa. The antibody is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:1,000 to 1:2,000 for WB and 1:50 to 1:200 for IHC.
