Anti-FZD3 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against FZD3 and is supplied as a liquid formulation. It is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and reacts with FZD3 in human, mouse, and rat samples. The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with recommended dilutions of WB: 1:500-1:1,000 and IHC: 1:50-1:100. It was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 23-205 of human FZD3 (NP_059108.1), and the target has a reported molecular weight of 76 kDa.
