Anti-Fyn (T524) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting Fyn (T524), supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody. It is raised in rabbit and is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The unconjugated reagent has been validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) use, supported by three scientific validation images.

The antibody was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 501–550 of Human Fyn. It specifically detects endogenous levels of Fyn protein. The reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The reported molecular weight of the target is approximately 59 kDa.

Provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
