Anti-Fyn (phospho-Y530) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against Fyn when phosphorylated at Tyrosine 530. It is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Fyn around the phosphorylation site of Tyrosine 530, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of Fyn protein only when phosphorylated at Tyr530.

Validated for Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunoprecipitation (IP), the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of > 95% (by SDS-PAGE). The reported molecular weight of the target is ~59 kDa.
