Anti-Fyn (phospho-Y530) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against Fyn phosphorylated at Tyrosine 530. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Fyn around the phosphorylation site of Tyrosine 530, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of Fyn only when phosphorylated at Tyr530.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, the antibody is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
