Description
From Antibodies.com, this unconjugated primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal raised against Fyn (K207) and validated for Western blot (WB) applications. It reacts with mouse and rat samples.
The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 181-230 of human Fyn and detects endogenous levels of Fyn protein. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The target protein Fyn has a molecular weight of ~59 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
