FXR2 is a cytoplasmic RNA-binding protein of the fragile X-related family, interacting with polyribosomes to shape translation and neuronal RNA metabolism. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised against the FXR2 target and validated for western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence staining workflows on human and mouse samples. Supplied as 100 µl of polyclonal antiserum in a vial, the antibody is unconjugated, allowing flexible pairing with secondary detection chemistries such as HRP, fluorophore, or biotin chosen by the end user. For long-term stability, aliquot upon arrival and store at -20°C; avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles to preserve binding activity. Because FXR2 expression is broadly distributed but enriched in brain and testis, the reagent is well suited to studies of synaptic plasticity, fragile X pathway crosstalk, and translation control across mammalian models.
