Anti-FXR2 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against FXR2 and supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation in liquid form. It reacts with human and mouse samples and is validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 550–650 of human FXR2 (NP_004851.2), and the antibody is purified by affinity chromatography. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a reported target molecular weight of 104 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon receipt, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
