Anti-FXN Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab175402)

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody of IgG isotype targets FXN (Frataxin) and is unconjugated. It is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 42–210 of human FXN/Frataxin (NP_000135.2). It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and has been affinity-purified. The reported molecular weight of the target is 15 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:1,000, IHC: 1:50–1:200, and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
