Anti-FUT6 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting FUT6 is available from Antibodies.com, validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The antibody is of the IgG isotype, supplied unconjugated, and reacts with human samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 170-359 of human FUT6 (NP_000141.1).

The reagent is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The reported molecular weight is 42 kDa, and the concentration is provided as lot specific.

Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000 and IHC: 1:100-1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
