This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets Fusin, the seven-transmembrane G protein-coupled receptor also known as CXCR4 that drives chemotactic signaling through CXCL12/SDF-1 binding. Produced in rabbit and supplied as an unconjugated reagent in a 100 µl volume, the antibody has been validated for Western blot, immunofluorescence, and ELISA workflows against human, mouse, and rat samples.

Researchers studying immune cell trafficking, hematopoietic stem cell homing, tumor metastasis pathways, and HIV co-receptor biology routinely apply this reagent to map receptor distribution on cell membranes, in fixed tissue sections, and in solubilized lysate preparations. Polyclonal recognition across multiple epitopes helps reveal conformational or partially degraded forms during western blot analysis and tolerates minor sequence differences between the three reactive species.

The unconjugated format leaves the choice of label to the end user, enabling coupling to fluorophores, horseradish peroxidase, or biotin for custom immunofluorescence panels, affinity pulldowns, and ELISA optimization. Aliquot upon first use, store refrigerated, and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles to preserve binding activity; the reagent is intended for research use only.
