Anti-FUS Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting FUS (also designated TLS/FUS), supplied by Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies portfolio. The reagent is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, raised in rabbit, and reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. It is knockout validated and has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunofluorescence (IF), and immunoprecipitation (IP).

The antibody is affinity purified and provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 70 kDa, and the immunogen used was a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 297–526 of human FUS (NP_004951.1). Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000, ICC/IF 1:50–1:100, and IP 1:1,000–1:5,000.

For storage and handling, the product is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
