Description
From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets FUNDC1 and is validated for Western blot (WB). The unconjugated reagent is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, allowing detection of endogenous FUNDC1 protein in these species.
The antibody was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human FUNDC1, and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography with an epitope-specific immunogen. It is supplied as a liquid at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. Reported purity is greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE, and the target protein migrates at approximately 17 kDa.
