Anti-FucT-III Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against FucT-III and is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. It is validated for use in Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry (ICC), and it reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

The antibody was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 138–183 of human FucT-III, and it detects endogenous levels of the FucT-III protein. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The unconjugated reagent has a reported target molecular weight of approximately 42 kDa.
