Anti-FUBP3 Antibody

The rabbit polyclonal raised against amino acids 65-260 of human FUBP3 is validated for WB and reacts with human and mouse samples. A second rabbit polyclonal, raised against amino acids 201-250, is validated for WB, IHC, IF, and ELISA, reacting with human, mouse, and rat samples, with no reported cross-reactivity. The mouse monoclonal clone 24GB13155, raised against recombinant human FUBP3 protein, is validated for WB and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

All antibodies are supplied in phosphate buffered saline containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. They are shipped at 4°C and upon delivery should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Recommended WB dilutions range from 1:200 to 1:2,000; one formulation is also recommended for ELISA at 1:20,000.
