Anti-FTSJ3 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to FTSJ3, offered unconjugated by Antibodies.com. The reagent is provided as a liquid preparation validated for Western blot applications on human samples, and is of the IgG isotype. It has been affinity purified.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 608–847 of human FTSJ3 (accession NP_060117.3), a target protein with a reported molecular weight of 125 kDa. The antibody is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. For Western blotting, the manufacturer recommends a working dilution of 1:500–1:1,000.

For handling, the antibody is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
