Anti-FTH1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified Rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against the human ferritin heavy chain (FTH1) using a recombinant protein immunogen, and is supplied in a 50 µl volume at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl) containing 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The unconjugated antibody is of the IgG isotype and is intended for Western blot, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence and immunohistochemistry applications, detecting the endogenous total FTH1 protein in Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Each lot is shipped on cold packs at 4 °C and, on arrival, should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C with freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
