Anti-FTCD Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets FTCD, the 58K Golgi protein, with a reported molecular weight of 59 kDa. The reagent is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and is affinity purified. It is validated for Western blotting and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing amino acids 412–541 of human FTCD (NP_006648.1). The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. A Western blot dilution range of 1:1,000–1:2,000 is recommended.
