Anti-FTβ (E285) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets FTβ at the E285 epitope. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2 and is unconjugated. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 250–300 of human FTβ. The reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. It detects endogenous levels of FTβ protein and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. Validated for use in Western blot (WB), the target has a molecular weight of approximately 49 kDa, and the product is supported by one scientific validation image.
