Anti-FSHR (R247) Antibody

Raised in rabbit against a synthetic peptide in the C-terminal region of human follicle-stimulating hormone receptor (FSHR), this polyclonal antibody targets an epitope corresponding to residue 247 of the receptor. FSHR is a G protein-coupled gonadotropin receptor expressed on ovarian granulosa cells and testicular Sertoli cells, where it transduces FSH-driven cAMP signaling, and is a widely used marker in studies of folliculogenesis, spermatogenesis, and gonadal endocrine function.

Supplied as 100 µl of liquid at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, the unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF) and has been confirmed to react with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The product ships in a single-use vial; for best results, aliquot upon arrival to limit freeze-thaw cycles and store refrigerated at 4°C, protected from light. Brief handling at room temperature is acceptable during assay setup.
