Anti-FSHR Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against FSHR (follicle-stimulating hormone receptor). It is unconjugated and supplied as a liquid formulation.

The antibody is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples and has been validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). It was generated using a recombinant protein of human FSHR as the immunogen and purified by affinity chromatography against that immunogen, allowing it to detect endogenous levels of total FSHR protein. The product is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
