Anti-FSHR Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against the follicle-stimulating hormone receptor (FSHR), supplied as an unconjugated, affinity-purified IgG at 1 mg/mL in a liquid PBS formulation containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. Provided in a 50 µL aliquot, it was generated from a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human FSHR and specifically detects endogenous levels of the receptor across human, mouse and rat samples. The antibody is validated for ELISA, Western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows, making it suitable for a broad range of receptor-localization and expression studies. For handling, vials are shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt the reagent should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
