The FSHR (follicle-stimulating hormone receptor) is a G protein-coupled receptor expressed primarily on granulosa cells of the ovary and Sertoli cells of the testis, where it mediates gonadotropin signaling central to reproductive endocrinology. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is validated for Western blot, immunofluorescence, and ELISA workflows against human, mouse, and rat samples, making it useful for studies of ovarian follicle maturation, spermatogenesis, and gonadal signaling pathways. Supplied as 100 µl of liquid antiserum, the antibody supports IF imaging of receptor localization and probing of endogenous receptor levels in cell and tissue lysates. Storage at -20 °C in working aliquots preserves activity and limits freeze-thaw damage across multiple experiments.
