Anti-FSHR Antibody

Raised in rabbit and supplied by Antibodies.com, this polyclonal reagent targets the follicle-stimulating hormone receptor (FSHR), a G protein-coupled receptor central to gonadotropin signaling in granulosa cells of the ovary and Sertoli cells of the testis. The antibody is provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline with 15 mM sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, and is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry on human, mouse, and rat specimens.

FSHR is widely investigated in reproductive biology and fertility research, including studies of follicular development, spermatogenesis, and gonadotropin responsiveness, as well as in oncology contexts where the receptor has been reported on tumor vasculature and in certain ovarian and testicular malignancies. The unconjugated format gives researchers flexibility to pair the antibody with their own HRP, fluorophore, or biotin detection chemistries for chromogenic or fluorescence-based imaging and immunoblotting workflows.
