Anti-FSHR Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises FSHR (also referred to as FSH-R), the follicle-stimulating hormone receptor. Raised in rabbit and purified by affinity chromatography, it is supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation in liquid form. The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, with 5 scientific validation images available. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 631-695 of human FSHR (NP_000136.2), and the target runs at a reported molecular weight of 72 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500-1:1,000 for WB and 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, shipped at 4°C, and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C with avoidance of freeze/thaw cycles.
