Anti-FSCN1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to Fascin (FSCN1), supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, with reactivity against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 394-493 of human Fascin/FSCN1 (NP_003079.1). Observed molecular weights are 50 kDa and 55 kDa. The reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, and has been affinity purified. It is knockout (KO) validated.

Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000, IHC: 1:50-1:200 and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. For research use only; not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic use.
