Anti-FRZB Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against FRZB and supplied as a liquid. The unconjugated reagent is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. Validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunofluorescence (IF) applications, the antibody is recommended for use at dilutions of 1:500 to 1:2,000. It reacts with human and mouse samples. The host species is rabbit, with polyclonal clonality and IgG isotype. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 166–325 of human FRZB (NP_001454.2), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 36 kDa.

For storage, the antibody is shipped at 4°C; on receipt, it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
