Anti-FRZB Antibody

FRZB (Frizzled-Related Protein B) is the target of this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit and supplied as 100 µl of unconjugated antisera for western blot and immunofluorescence on human samples. FRZB functions as a secreted modulator of the Wnt signaling pathway and has been investigated in cartilage biology, osteoarthritis research, and oncology. The polyclonal format enables detection of multiple epitopes on this soluble glycoprotein, which antagonizes Wnt ligands at the cell surface and in the extracellular matrix.
