Anti-Frizzled-7 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against the Frizzled-7 receptor and is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen corresponding to the N-terminal region of human Frizzled-7. The antibody is supplied as a 50 µl liquid formulation at a concentration of 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, and is unconjugated with an IgG isotype. Validated applications include ELISA, Western Blot (WB) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with reactivity confirmed against human and mouse samples. Endogenous levels of the Frizzled-7 protein (synonyms: Fz-7, FZD7, FzE3, hFz7) are specifically detected.
