Anti-Frizzled-6 (T167) Antibody

Affinity-purified IgG polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit against Frizzled-6, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated reagent validated for Western blotting, immunocytochemistry and immunoprecipitation. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 167–212 of human Frizzled-6, and the antibody is reported to detect endogenous levels of the Frizzled-6 protein in human, mouse and rat samples. The reagent is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography to a purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein migrates at approximately 79 kDa.
