Anti-Frizzled-2 (E240) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets Frizzled-2 (E240) and is supplied by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide spanning amino acids 208-260 of Human Frizzled-2. Frizzled-2 (E240) pAb detects endogenous levels of Frizzled-2 protein. The reagent has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and the stated purity is > 95% by SDS-PAGE.

The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The target protein migrates at approximately 65 kDa.
