Anti-FPRL1 Antibody [C4F9]

A mouse monoclonal antibody raised against FPRL1 and offered by Antibodies.com. The clone, designated C4F9, is of the IgG1 isotype and is supplied in unconjugated, lyophilised form. It is validated for use in ELISA and Western blot applications and reacts with human samples. The antibody was raised against a short peptide corresponding to the C-terminal amino acid sequence of FPRL1, conjugated with KLH for immunisation (immunogen sequence SASPPAETELQAM).

The product is purified by Protein G affinity chromatography and lyophilised from a 0.01M phosphate-buffered saline solution at pH 7.2. It is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Reconstitution is carried out with double distilled water, and the working concentration is reconstitution dependent.
